Guest Ministry
St. Francis House is an urban convent in the Mission District of San Francisco. We have a guest apartment on the street level which opens onto our flower and vegetable garden. It is surprisingly quiet. It has its own separate entrance, a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. There is a TV, with basic cable, but no telephone nor internet access. Limited on-street parking is available in the neighborhood.
We welcome guests who wish to come visit our house for short periods of time (normally 2 weeks or less), spend some time in retreat or enjoy a time of rest and recreation in the beautiful and interesting city of San Francisco.
Our suggested donation is $50 a night. Kitchen is equipped for self-catering. (Breakfast
items are furnished in the apartment).
