St. Francis House is an urban
convent in the Mission District of San Francisco. We have a guest apartment
on the street level which opens onto our flower and vegetable garden. It is surprisingly
quiet. It has its own separate entrance, a kitchen, bathroom, living room,
and a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom. There is a TV and VCR, but
no telephone.
